Our ‘Limitless Potential’ program was delivered to schools and colleges in rural and metropolitan areas all over India (to women who were identified as being highly motivated but lacking opportunities). A portion of its teachings was on India’s status in gender equality to professors and students. Discussing and understanding topics such as the status of women in the workforce, political standing, health and education is an important step in progress. Programs included public speaking, interview skills, nutrition lectures, female health education, physical strengthening and cardiovascular activities, self-defence hand-on seminars, leadership, cyber security and awareness. Teaching women skills to help integrate into the workforce with ease has been a rewarding part of Esesson’s mission!
