‘Limitless Potential’ workshops with underprivileged women in Delhi, Maharashtra (Nagpur and Gondia), Kolkata, India. Helping educate and motivate people to live fitter, healthier and more fulfilling lives. Programs included public speaking, interview skills, nutrition lectures, female health education, physical strengthening and cardiovascular activities, self-defence, hand-on seminars, leadership, meditation and psychology seminars. Over 3000 young women were involved.
