Esesson uses eWAY Payment Gateway for its Donation credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

After making a donation you will receive an email receipt from us containing your payment details and any further relevant information. If you have any questions about your payment please contact us at info@esesson.com.

REFUND FOR DONATIONS

Thank you for choosing to donate to Esesson. Your decision to support us is very much appreciated. If you have made an error regarding the amount of your donation, or accidentally made a duplicate donation, please contact us within 30 days of the date of the donation. All requests for refunds can be sent to info@esesson.com.

Esesson will examine all requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis. Each decision will be at the management’s discretion. We will endeavour to ensure that genuine errors are rectified. Unfortunately, Esesson does not give refunds if you change your mind. For this reason, please make your decision to donate to us carefully.

Should a request for a refund be approved, any receipt reflecting this payment will become invalid and will not be tax deductible. The refund will be in full with the deduction of the payment fee incurred from the administrative requirements of the payment portal.
